Congratulations to Venture TSV and The Blue Circle inaugurated 1st phase and the 2nd phase of the dam wind power plant Project! Would you tell him some information on Phase 1 of the dam Wind power plant project that the unit has just completed?

To meet the call of the leader of the Commissioner, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the head of the Provincial committee, the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan Province, after a short period of survey and completion of the project's legal procedures , construction project, today we are delighted and proudly inaugurated the 1st phase of the dam wind power plant project. This is a key project, contributing to the completion of political, economic and social Affairs under the resolution of the Party Congress of Ninh Thuan Province.

Phase 1 of the project we have put into operation 3 turbines with the capacity of each turbine 2.625 MW and the total invested 15 million dollars.

Within one year of receipt of the investment certificate, TSV has completed the 1st phase. What helped TSV achieve this fast pace, sir?

As you know, time to complete the legal procedure for wind power project at about 3 years, but with the project wind power plant we have completed applying for project approval within 11 months , the construction time is 3 months, and we have put the project into commercial operation in March 10/2017. Although the completion of the project record is very short but joint venture we are the Blue Circle and TSV have mobilized maximum resources, complete all the legal procedures to make the project the fastest way , the determination of the first commercial operation of Ninh Thuan.

This is the initial success, express the capacity, determination of investors as well as assistance, directing the drastic direction of provincial Commissar, People's Committee and provincial departments; The support of the people's forces in the project zone in the compensation work was dissolved.

So far, the wind power Project is the first wind power project and is also the fastest deployment project in Ninh Thuan. GIZ and foreign partners while working with us have also commented yet another project in the world has the progress done so fast. International financial institutions have greatly appreciated our reputation and consider this model for international cooperation to invest in developing renewable energy projects in Vietnam in the Philippines.

Stage 1 is complete with impressive progress, the second phase that TSV starts today will scale and progress, sir?

After putting in the operation, the output of electric trade the first month has shown although the effectiveness is not yet high but the indicators are in our original calculation methodology, so we have decided to invest in fast-stage 2 construction With 12 turbines, the total capacity of the 2nd phase is 30MW and the total investment capital is about 60 million. We continue to use this type of turbine 2.625 MW and is expected to take commercial operations in May 11/2018, annually offering about 110 million kWh for National Grid.

After the second phase we will build the extended area bringing the total capacity of the swamp area to around 105MW, with a total investment of approximately 180 million, annually supplying the national grid of about 330 million kWh.

The authorities and people of Ninh Thuan are very disappointed in wind power projects. Would you say the socio-economic value brought to the province when the project of wind power plants in particular, and other projects are generally completed?

As a result of the dam wind power plant at the completion of 105kw, each month alone VAT Ninh Thuan province can collect about 8 to 10 billion VND, one year will collect approximately 100 billion. If Ninh Thuan Province has 10 such projects, each year individual VAT is 1000 billion, that is a large amount. In addition, the province will acquire other taxes.
I know, currently the province has a lot of wind power projects and solar power has been granted an investment certificate, if all projects are deployed, it will make a huge contribution to the revenue, creating a very nice landscape to bridge the tourist market. Calendar, Real Estate..., creating jobs for the locals.

Any project, whether the wind power, during the deployment process has certain impacts on the ecological environment as well as the people's Habitat in the region. So how did TSV care about this issue?

I would like to talk more about the values that people can benefit from the project. As you know, the intermittent area before the project is not yet a field with very limited traffic. The inner road is very small, and she travels and transports primarily by motorcycles and a rough plough. Now, when we embark on the implementation of the project did an 8 m wide road to a super-key shipping vehicle, the super-critical school can go into the project. This road after the completion of our project will be handed over to the province of management to help people go back and transport agricultural products very smoothly.

Currently, households with no rice exposures have not yet found the appropriate position to plan for a child's exposure to the region. Our project has about 40 yards and equipment links, after construction projects will have created about 40 rice exposures, which are poured concrete, an area of nearly 2,000 m2/yard. We will give the local government and the child in the area to borrow these seals to make a rice pitch. Local authorities will save a huge amount of money costing investment to build the area as a pitch for the households.

For compensation work, in the process of clearing the blockade, we are always interested in listening to people's opinions and settling on the spirit of harmonious benefits parties. For households that have a small area of 200 m2 or less are not in the area of the blockade we facilitate support of satisfactory compensation. We have, are and will continue to support, also with local public social security work, support students, poor students of the district, of province.

In terms of environmental issues, our projects are implemented by the world's environmental standards with the very strict supervision of local authorities and international environmental monitoring institutions.

Would you like to share more about TSV's orientation this year and years to come?

This year we will try to complete and put the following projects into commercial activities: The dam wind power Plant Project – Phase 2; Phuoc Minh Wind Power project – 27.3 MW; The solar power project Adani Phuoc Minh – 50 MW; At the same time, continue to complete licensing for the expansion phase of the dam Wind power Project (extension); The study invested many other wind power projects in Ninh Thuan, including projects that other investors did not deploy.

We have also invested in many provinces into the southern region, Laos, Cambodia and set the target for next 3 years to operate about 500 MW of wind power and solar power in Vietnam and about 200 MW in Laos and Cambodia.
