Deputy Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Industry and Trade to clarify the mechanism for electric power selling solar installation on the roof by the method of clearing the system of power generated by solar power and power consumption (net-metering), which defines the responsibilities invested bidirectional meter and appropriate procedures to encourage people to invest and participate in Net-metering.

On developing mechanisms to support electricity use solar energy, the Deputy Prime Minister agree tax incentives for projects of electricity using solar energy as proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade; not specified power projects using solar energy are eligible for preferential investment credit of the State.

Deputy Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Industry and Trade to review the current provisions of the law on land, specifically the proposed support, preferential state land to encourage the development of solar power.
