TSV Corporation and The Blue Circle recently held the inauguration of the first phase and the construction of the second phase of the Dam Nai wind power plant project in Ninh Thuan. This is the first wind power project to go into commercial operation in Ninh Thuan Province, creating the premise,an important foundation for Ninh Thuan to become the centre of renewable energy of the country. (VNF) - In the morning of January 20, in the districts of Thuan Bac and Ninh Hai (Ninh Thuan), TSV Joint Stock Company and The Bule Circle Group of Singapore in collaboration with the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan organizes the construction of Dam wind power plant Phase II.

On 20 January, in Bac Phong commune, Thuan Bac district, Ninh Thuan province People's Committee, TSV joint stock company (Vietnam partner enterprise) and The Bule Circle group of Singapore co-organized the ceremony. Phase 1 and phase 2 of Dam Nai wind power project.

Sáng 28-4, tại xã Bắc Phong, huyện Thuận Bắc, UBND tỉnh Ninh Thuận, Vụ Năng lượng tái tạo Bộ Công thương và Liên doanh chủ đầu tư Công ty cổ phần TSV (TP.HCM) và Công ty The Blue Circle (Singapore) cùng tổ chức lễ khởi công dự án Nhà máy điện gió Đầm Nại với tổng vốn đầu tư trên 1.523 tỉ đồng.

Theo ông Đỗ Văn Điện, đại diện chủ đầu tư, Nhà máy điện gió Đầm Nại có quy mô 9,6ha tại vùng tứ giác xã Bắc Sơn, Bắc Phong (huyện Thuận Bắc) và xã Tân Hải, Phương Hải (huyện Ninh Hải), có tổng công suất 40 MW, gồm 16 trụ turbine của hãng Gamesa (mỗi turbine công suất 2,6 MW, đường kính cánh quạt 114m, là loại turbine gió lớn nhất Việt Nam hiện nay).

Dự kiến khoảng tháng 10-2018, toàn bộ 16 turbine của nhà máy điện gió Đầm Nại sẽ đi vào hoạt động.

Tại lễ khởi công, ông Lưu Xuân Vĩnh, chủ tịch UBND tỉnh cho biết Ninh Thuận ít có bão, lượng gió thổi đều suốt 10 tháng trong năm với tốc độ qua khảo sát đo được từ 6,4m/s - 9,6m/s đảm bảo cho turbine gió phát điện.

“Hiện Ninh Thuận là địa phương được nhiều nhà đầu tư trong và ngoài nước quan tâm đầu tư ngành năng lượng tái tạo như điện gió, điện mặt trời”- ông Vĩnh nói.  

Dịp này, chủ đầu tư trao 60 triệu đồng cho quỹ người nghèo, hội khuyến học hai huyện Thuận Bắc và Ninh Hải, mỗi huyện 30 triệu đồng.
